Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide range of commercial litigation cases from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare clear, high-quality memos.
- Manage the discovery process, including taking and defending depositions.
- Help with trial preparation and take part in hearings, arbitrations, and trials when needed.
Qualifications:
- JD from a well-regarded or top law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Florida, Tennessee, or Texas.
- Federal clerkship experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience at a top AmLaw firm is a plus.
- 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
