Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with clients to drive sales growth and promote Stealth Power’s solutions. We're looking for a natural people person who is hungry, self-motivated, and genuinely energized by being out in the field. You thrive at events, build rapport easily, and understand that relationships are the foundation of every sale. Some prior outside sales experience is preferred — ideally selling physical products rather than software or services — but the right attitude and drive matter more than a perfect resume. You're comfortable on the road most of the week, can speak credibly about technical products, and don't need anyone to tell you what to do next. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications and integrate customer feedback into product development.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel and adapt to various customer needs and industry requirements.
