Senior Associate Attorney

We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our Pasadena office. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who enjoys handling complex commercial disputes, working directly with clients, and managing cases from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and employment-related business claims
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Manage all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation
• Appear in state and federal courts as needed
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and risk management
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver high-quality legal services

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on business or commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
• Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities

Compensation

• Full-time, in-person role
• Salary range: $215,000 - 280,000 annually performance bonuses
