The Role
The attorney in this position will manage complex commercial matters and work closely with firm leadership on strategy, case development, and client relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Managing discovery, including depositions
- Appearing in court for hearings, mediations, and conferences
- Advising business clients on litigation risk and strategy
- Collaborating with junior attorneys and support staff as needed
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
- Minimum of 4 years of business or commercial litigation experience
- Strong motion practice and legal writing skills
- Experience managing cases with a high level of independence
- Client-facing experience strongly preferred

Compensation
- Salary range: $150,000- $190,000 annually performance bonuses
