Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and leasing.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, loan documents, leases, joint venture agreements, and other related contracts.
- Advise clients on real estate due diligence, title, survey, and closing matters.
- Work directly with clients, lenders, and counterparties to deliver efficient and practical legal solutions.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas bar license.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex matters with minimal supervision.

Full-time, hybrid:
- Salary range: $180,000- $250,000 annually performance bonuses
