- Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Develop case strategies and provide practical, business-minded advice to clients.
- Collaborate with partners and other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Colorado Bar license (or eligibility for admission by reciprocity).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $165,000 – $225,000, commensurate with experience.
