Required Skills
- Experience with ATS and internet sourcing platforms
- Strong data interpretation and reporting skills
- Proven ability in high-volume recruiting and candidate evaluation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- AI literacy and familiarity with sourcing automation tools
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with HR analytics and metrics development
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
- Ability to adapt to rapid organizational changes
- Familiarity with remote hiring processes
- Prior experience supporting diverse candidate pools
Preferred Education and Experience
