Weekend Night Auditor (Must Have Hotel & HotelKey Experience)
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Weekend Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth overnight operations, accurate financial reporting, and providing exceptional guest service during evening hours. Schedule
- Weekends ( Saturday & Sunday Nights)
- Overnight shift
Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures, including balancing room revenue, cash, and credit card transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports accurately and on time
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Answer phones and assist with reservations as needed
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours
- Conduct property walkthroughs and report any issues or concerns
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for any overnight needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Required: Previous hotel experience and familiarity with HotelKey system
- Prior Night Audit experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math and computer skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Bilingual is a plus
