- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
- Maintain accurate reservation records, modify bookings as needed, and assist with room assignments
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests and vendors across multi-line systems

Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
