Front Desk/Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a background in hotel management, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and friendly welcome.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Conduct night audits to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and properly recorded.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals.
• Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics as required.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests.
• Proficient in front desk operations, including night audit processes.
• Familiarity with resort environments is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
