What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Front Desk Agent Part Time position at Staybridge Suites Racine - Mt. Pleasant?
We are looking for a second shift part-time Front Desk Agent to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will be required to greet customers, answer their questions or direct them to the appropriate staff, and perform basic clerical tasks in an efficient manner. Our Front Desk Agents play a vital role in our organization, as they are the face of our hotel. Therefore we are looking for individuals with a professional attitude and great customer service skills.
Requirements:
As this is a part-time position open availability is preferred as we can do more of a set schedule but changes may happen when needed .
- Candidate must have reliable transportation
- Preferably 6 months of hotel front desk experience
- HotelKey experience not needed but will definitely be considered a plus.
- Ability to solve simple mathematical problems and answer billing questions for guests.
- Evening availability as this is a second shift only position. (3p-11p)
- Weekend availability required
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Perform computer-based tasks related to reservations, accounts, and payments.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other activities.
- Provide directions to guests.
- Be a member of a team.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
