Customer Sales & Account Representative

Our client is expanding its customer acquisition team in the Ogden, UT market and is hiring a Customer Sales & Account Representative to work face-to-face with customers inside established retail partner locations.
This is a full-time customer service, account support and retail sales position offering weekly pay, paid training and performance-based earning opportunities.
Previous telecommunications experience is not required.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Your day will be active and highly customer-facing.
You'll work inside partnered retail locations and interact directly with shoppers throughout the day.
Your responsibilities include:
- Engaging customers face-to-face inside established retail locations
- Starting natural, professional conversations
- Building rapport and creating a positive customer experience
- Asking questions to understand current internet, mobile and connectivity needs
- Learning about customers' existing services and identifying potential needs
- Educating customers on Spectrum products, services and available promotions
- Explaining internet, mobile, TV and connectivity options clearly
- Helping customers compare available service options
- Generating qualified customer interest
- Recommending solutions based on individual customer needs
- Answering product, pricing and service questions
- Guiding interested customers through enrollment
- Maintaining accurate customer and account information
- Building relationships throughout the customer acquisition process
- Developing productive relationships with retail employees and store leadership
- Maintaining current product and promotional knowledge
- Tracking customer interactions and individual sales activity
- Working toward individual and team performance goals
- Participating in ongoing customer service, product and sales training
We're Not Looking for Someone Who Can Memorize a Sales Pitch.
We're looking for someone who can have a conversation.
Great sales starts with understanding what the customer actually needs.
What are they currently paying for internet?
How are they using it?
Are they streaming, gaming or working from home?
What are they paying for mobile service?
Are their current services actually working for them?
You'll learn how to take a customer naturally through:
Conversation → Discovery → Education → Recommendation → Enrollment → Account Relationship
That means developing real experience in customer service, consultative sales, account development and relationship building.
Compensation$800–$1,200 Per Week
Weekly Pay | Full-Time | W2 | Paid Training
Performance-based commission opportunities are available.
Actual compensation within the advertised range depends on experience, individual performance and the applicable compensation structure.
