We are hiring a full-time Customer Account Representative to support expanding telecommunications and energy campaigns throughout the Crown Point area.
In this role, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, learn about their current service needs and explain available products, plans and account options. You’ll help customers compare services, answer their questions and provide support throughout the enrollment process.
This is an entry-level opportunity with a starting annual salary of $50,000–$60,000. Previous industry experience is not required. We provide paid training, continued coaching and opportunities to advance as you develop within the position.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers in person to discuss available services
- Ask questions to understand each customer’s current needs
- Explain product options, service plans and current promotions
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally
- Assist qualified customers through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate customer and account information
- Follow up when additional account support is needed
- Participate in ongoing product training and team meetings
- Work toward individual, team and client-service goals

Schedule and Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person customer-facing position serving the Crown Point area. It is not a remote position.
The position may support clients within the telecommunications or residential energy industries depending on current business needs. Specific campaign details, scheduling expectations and daily responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process.
