Frontier's reliable service and transparent billing make straight answers easy, and the Entry Level Representative's job is to deliver them with a professional, friendly touch.
Core Functions of the Entry Level Representative
- Introduce Frontier to our customers in person and explain how its communication and home technology services may fit their needs.
- Open customer conversations with curiosity in person, finding out what customers value most in their current service and what they would like to improve.
- Translate Frontier’s service choices into practical benefits in person, such as convenience, everyday connectivity, and overall value.
- Help customers compare relevant options based on their priorities rather than steering everyone toward the same choice.
- Respond to everyday questions and connect customers with the right team when an issue needs additional help.
- Support results by making each customer interaction informative, respectful, and focused on the customer’s needs.
