Key Responsibilities
As a Consultant Selection Facilitator & Contracts Coordinator, you will:
- Facilitate procurement of consultant services using the Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process.
- Develop and manage solicitations (RFQs), including posting, addenda, and documentation in the e-procurement system.
- Coordinate evaluations, selection meetings, and consultant interviews.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state procurement laws, regulations, and Department policies.
- Support contract development, negotiations, and amendments.
- Review procurement and contract documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Maintain procurement records and contract files in accordance with audit requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
- Associate’s degree or higher, or equivalent relevant experience in procurement, contracts, or project coordination.
- Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, contracting, or other compliance-driven processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) processes
- Familiarity with the Brooks Act and public procurement practices
- Experience in government purchasing, contracting, or transportation-related work
