Position Summary
This position will be responsible for administrative, financial, and other various office tasks within the Administration unit.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience. Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

- Assist employees with travel arrangements, per diem, and reimbursements
- Surplus office furniture and computer assets as needed
- Assist in day-to-day finance operations to include accounts payable, accounts receivable, and various other duties as assigned
- Order office furniture and supplies as needed
- Submit facilities maintenance requests for various locations
- Oversee all office inventory
- Manage employee Comdata card pin numbers
- Prepare offices for new employees: clean office, set up computer equipment and furniture
- Manage office fleet vehicles to include reporting, Comdata cards, and schedule maintenance
- Other administrative and finance duties as assigned
