Duties Description Duties include, but are not limited to: -Reviewing and processing vouchers for payment-scanning paper files into digital system-maintaining multiple tracking systems for audits and purchases-monitoring and maintaining multiple email BML's and directing emails to appropriate staff. -Review and process travel reimbursement vouchers
The minimum qualifications required for this vacancy. Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of matriculation and enrollment in the Fall 2026 semester must be submitted with your resume.Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and SharePoint• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to proofread and format documents• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information• Ability to work independently and contribute meaningfully to a team • Ability to learn new software, including databases and tracking systems• Great time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications
