This position requires a 20 hour per week commitment.
Temporary, part-time, non-competitive. Salary determined by academic level. 20 hours per week during the academic year is required, schedule is flexible. Must maintain matriculated student status to retain employment.

- Reviewing and processing vouchers for payment
- scanning paper files into digital system
- maintaining multiple tracking systems for audits and purchases
- monitoring and maintaining multiple email BML's and directing emails to appropriate staff.
- Review and process travel reimbursement vouchers

- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential information

- Ability to learn new software, including databases and tracking systems
- Great time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications
