This position will provide administrative and routine secretarial support for Los Lunas Community Program Maintenance Department. Incumbent will perform general office functions that include clerical duties, but not limited to; inventory, data entry, creating and maintaining files, assisting with maintaining vehicle fleet, processing quotes and receiving orders/materials.

This job is completed by having the ability to prioritize, provide clerical support, ability to multi-task, and provide quality customer service.

This position will support the Maintenance Department ensuring that all customers/staff are provided quality customer service.

Minimum Qualification
Do you meet the following requirements?: No prior experience or training required
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive a Defensive Driving Course Certificate as a condition of continued employment within 45 days of employment. Successful completion of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending, and reaching may be required. Direct client interaction and some travel may be required.
