About the Role:
As the first point of contact, you will greet clients, manage communications, and provide administrative support to help the agency run efficiently. Assist customers with billing questions. Setting appointments and appointment reminders to customers. Asking current and new customers for 5- Star Reviews. We’re seeking a candidate with a strong attendance record, excellent administrative skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients promptly to create a positive first impression
Answer and route phone calls, respond to inquiries, take messages, and process payments over the phone
Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Teams and Outlook
Maintain accurate, confidential records and notes
Handle billing inquiries professionally
Provide administrative support to the Agent, including acting as a personal assistant when needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with clients
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace
