In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our award winning agency as you assist in providing personalized service, assisting with client inquiries and ensuring smooth operations at our front desk for our existing clients and new prospects. Confidentiality is a top priority in this position.
This position reports directly to the Agency Owner and requires a positive attitude and attention to detail. Previous experience in a public facing office position including such areas as legal, customer service, banking, education, healthcare or sales/marketing support would be a plus. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in Microsoft software, Outlook and Zoom as well as working within a CRM system.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression whether in person or via phone.
- Schedule face-to-face as well as online appointments for the Agency Owner.
- Manage and prepare materials for Agency Owner client appointments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Deal directly with client and prospect inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and responsiveness as directed.
- Ensure accuracy of information within the Agency database software
- Assist with organizing and preparing for upcoming seminars/workshops
- Assist in social media efforts as directed.
- Work closely with the Agency Owner on special agency projects as directed.
- Maintain an organized front desk operations to create and maintain efficiencies
- Uphold high standards of confidentiality, customer service and public relations to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience is required. Willing to train the right candidate who possesses other required core talents and skills.
- Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft is a must. CRM experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations, phone and CRM systems, and client best practices.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism with proper phone etiquette and agency standards.
- Experience in a customer service, banking, education, healthcare or sales/marketing support position is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about helping others.

Pay: $20.92 - $25.19 per hour
