Front Desk Coordinator (Part-Time)

Description

This position is for a Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator who supports the mission of “Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships” in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. **This position is Monday, Wednesday and Thursday**

The Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

•  Answer phones with courtesy and professionalism
•  Opening of clinic and greeting patients ensuring patient hospitality and cleanliness
•  Providing comfort care to patients and significant other(s)
•  Schedule follow-up appointments for patients face-to-face, via phone, and document in medical record
•  Assuring cleanliness of front desk and lobby
•  Patient flow coordination with all members of multidisciplinary team
•  Maintain filing of patient records
•  Proficient computer manageability for scheduling, changing or canceling appointments and required documentation
•  Perform daily financial summary and balance of payments received
•  Ordering, organizing and stocking of educational materials
•  Collaboration with all members of the team to enhance patient experience and continuity of care
•  Assisting the team in ensuring accountability of treatment program and patient compliance
•  Assuring compliance with HIPPA and CFR 42 part 2 regulations

Requirements

Education:

•  Graduation from an accredited high school or GED.

Experience:

•  Medical and office administration experience
•  Customer Service experience with proven record of attention to details
