JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of materials and products ensuring that all orders are delivered and received on time, documentation is accurate and processed per SDS guidelines and procedures, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities are inclusive, but not limited to the items listed below.
- Manage and coordinate the shipment and receipt of materials, products, and equipment
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, and that all products are delivered to the correct location
- Track and monitor all incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain
- Identify areas for improvement in the shipping and receiving process, and implement new procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, and comply with all safety regulations and procedures
- Ensure shipping transactions and documentation are completed and all records are maintained in compliance with SDS established processes.
- Ensure shipments are complete, correct, on time, and in accordance with state and local regulations
- Comply with all Stasis drilling Solutions Company, departmental and HSE procedures and policies.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required and/or assigned.
- Support and participate in the organization’s Continual Improvement Program to conform to ISO 9001:2015 requirements by complying with the Quality Policy and procedures and meeting QMS Objectives.

- Manage tagging, packaging and shipping process
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other departments
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with computer systems and software, including inventory management and tracking systems
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or vocational training preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Knowledge of MPD equipment and processes is a plus
- Experience with ERP system preferred.
- Familiar with commercial terms/ formats /rules is a plus
- Familiar with FMCSA and DOT regulations is a plus
- Strong communication in English (Both Verbal and Written)
- Strong analytical skills
