HIRING: Executive Assistant & Administrative Coordinator
Full-time | Remote in the Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT)
Salary: 80K–100K equity
I’m supporting a fast-growing tech team who are looking for an Executive Assistant who loves structure, can keep senior leaders organised, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
You’ll work closely with the founding team on:
- Complex diary management
- Travel planning (US international)
- Inbox management and correspondence
- Tracking invoices, receipts, and compliance docs
- Onboarding support for new hires
- Keeping projects moving and coordinating across teams
Experience needed:
- Held EA or Operations itles
- Worked in startups between Seed and Series B
- Exposure to crypto or DeFi is a strong plus
- Confident with Google Workspace, DocuSign, HR tools and invoice management systems
- Very comfortable moving across digital systems and picking up new tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High discretion with sensitive or confidential information
- Detail oriented with reliable follow through
- Based in the Tri State area
- Happy in a fast moving and sometimes messy founder led environment
