We’re hiring a Head of Customer Solutions to build and lead a critical post-sales function at a fast-growing B2B technology company.
This role owns the full customer journey after the deal is signed. You’ll be responsible for how customers evaluate, integrate, launch, adopt, and expand on the platform. You’ll sit at the centre of Sales, Product, and Engineering, turning customer outcomes into a competitive advantage.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a small, high-performance team.
What you’ll do
- Own Customer Solutions end to end: pilots, integrations, onboarding, support, and account management
- Lead customer pilots and launches, getting customers live and successful quickly
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues
- Drive retention and expansion by proving value and growing product usage
- Translate customer feedback into clear product improvements and roadmap input
- Scale the function through better tooling, automation, and process design
What we’re looking for
- 6–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Product, or similar roles
- Strong technical background and comfort working closely with engineering teams
- Experience owning integrations, implementations, and post-sales execution
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence product direction
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building functions from scratch
