What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Manager - HR Tech - San Francisco position at Startup Resources?
We are hiring a Customer Success Manager with 3 to 8 years of experience to join a fast growing AI company that is transforming how organisations hire. This is a high impact role where you will own customer relationships end to end and help build the processes that shape long term adoption and retention.
The role
You will manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewals, supporting both small teams and large enterprise clients. You will guide customers on best practice, drive product adoption and handle light technical support including triage of issues related to APIs and webhooks. You will work closely with engineering and sales leadership to communicate customer insights and influence the roadmap.
What you will be doing
• Own post sales relationships across onboarding, adoption and renewals
• Support customer success workflows including usage expansion and upsell opportunities
• Provide guidance on features, integrations and best practices
• Triage and communicate technical issues with internal teams
• Partner with engineering and sales to ensure customer feedback flows into product decisions
What we are looking for
• 3 to 8 years in Customer Success, Account Management or similar SaaS roles
• Experience managing both SMB and enterprise accounts
• Strong communication skills and confident executive presence
• Ability to work on site 5 days a week in San Francisco
• Someone proactive who enjoys building processes in a fast moving startup
Salary range is $120,000 to $180,000 plus equity.
