- Pay: $45,000 - $58,000 annually
- Retention Bonus - Earn up to $1,750 in your first year, plus annual bonuses based on tenure!

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and diagnoses to help individuals on their recovery journey.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each person's unique needs.
- Provide individual and group counseling to support emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with community agencies and service providers to connect individuals with additional resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Attend trainings, clinical supervision, and team meetings to stay current on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid, TANF, and private insurance guidelines.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Licensure & Certification: Florida-licensed, license-eligible, certified mental health professional, or certified addictions professional.
- Screening Requirements: Must pass Level II Background, MVR, and Federal Drug-Free Workplace Screenings.
- Passion for Helping Others: A desire to support individuals in achieving lasting recovery and personal growth!
