- Prepare, assemble, and organize floor samples according to company standards and customer specifications
- Inspect samples for accuracy, quality, and appearance prior to distribution
- Label, tag, and package samples correctly to ensure proper identification and tracking
- Maintain accurate sample inventory and report shortages or discrepancies
- Pull and stage samples for internal departments, showrooms, or customer requests
- Ensure samples are clean, presentable, and ready for display or shipment
- Follow sample handling and quality guidelines to prevent damage or loss
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with sample rework, repairs, or updates as needed
- Communicate with supervisors or team members regarding priorities and deadlines
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- Support production, fabrication, or warehouse teams as needed
