Incumbent will regularly be around moving machinery as well as marked changes in temperature and humidity.

Job Duties May Include
- Perform detailed hand sewing tasks with precision and consistency to meet production standards.
- Interpret sewing instructions, product specifications, and work orders accurately.
- Ensure quality workmanship by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Communicate any issues or delays in production to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities and assist in other departments as needed to support overall production goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
