Job Responsibilities
- Assist with fence installation and construction projects
- Measure materials accurately using a tape measure
- Use basic carpentry tools and construction equipment
- Perform general construction labor duties on job sites
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
- Lift and carry 50 lbs or more as required for materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Experience in fence installation, construction labor, or carpentry preferred
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic carpentry equipment
- Ability to perform physical labor and heavy lifting
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Foreman or crew leadership experience is a plus and may qualify for a higher pay rate
