Staffworks Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscaper/Laborer for a landscaping company located in Old Saybrook, CT. This position involves a variety of outdoor landscaping tasks supporting both high end residential and commercial properties.
Location: Old Saybrook, CT
Pay: $18-20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Mulch application and general landscape bed maintenance
- Commercial and residential lawn mowing
- String trimming/weed whacking and edging
- Blowing debris from paved surfaces such as walkways and driveways
- Shrub and hedge trimming
- Assist with basic woodwork and outdoor property projects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
Requirements:
- Synthetic turf experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
