We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional / Recruiter with a background in hyperscale data centers and mission critical construction to support one of our clients on high-profile projects based in Lubbock Texas.

This is an immediate need for someone who understands the urgency, complexity, and pace of recruiting within the mission critical space.

✔ Experience recruiting within hyperscale data centers, mission critical, industrial, or advanced technology construction

✔ Strong sourcing and talent pipeline development skills

✔ Ability to recruit both professional and craft labor positions

✔ Self-driven recruiter who can move quickly and deliver quality candidates in competitive markets
