What You’ll Do
- Formulate and execute aggressive commercial plans to consistently surpass designated quarterly and yearly financial benchmarks.
- Discover, validate, and nurture high-value business leads through systematic market prospecting, industry networking, and diligent CRM pipeline management.
- Cultivate, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales network consisting of direct corporate personnel and independent manufacturing representatives.
- Forge enduring alliances with major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and key corporate accounts while collaborating with internal engineering departments to deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Analyze competitor movements, shifting market dynamics, and emerging vertical sector trends to deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Project future commercial revenue, orchestrate territory expansion plans, and construct comprehensive annual financial budgets.
- Champion brand awareness by selecting and spearheading participation in industry trade expositions, marketing campaigns, and digital media initiatives.

What You Bring
