We’re building something new — and we’re looking for builders.
Our team is expanding in the U.S. to drive growth in key markets. This is a ground-floor opportunity to own a territory, shape strategy, and directly impact revenue while helping bring a meaningful healthcare solution to market.
About the Role
As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for owning and growing your territory by introducing and selling our product to key partners and customers.
This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role — you will be expected to build pipeline, create relationships, and close business.
What You’ll Do
- Own and develop your assigned territory
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive new business through outbound efforts, partnerships, and referrals
- Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy
- Track pipeline activity and consistently hit/exceed revenue targets
- Act as the “face of the company” in your region
What We’re Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, outside sales, or territory sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, senior living, or related fields is a strong plus
- Highly self-motivated with an ownership mentality
- Comfortable operating in a startup-style, build-from-scratch environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel within your territory as needed
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000– $80,000
- On-Target Earnings: $105,000– $115,000 (uncapped)
- Performance-based incentives with accelerators
- Remote flexibility with regional autonomy
- Opportunity to be an early contributor in a rapidly growing team
Why Join Us
- Ground-floor opportunity to help build a national sales team
- True territory ownership — not just account management
- A product that makes a real impact in people’s lives
- High-visibility role with direct influence on company growth
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
