Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, career-driven students and early professionals to join our Summer Business Development Internship Program. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, business strategy, and client engagement while working alongside a growing, entrepreneurial team.
As an intern, you won’t just observe—you’ll actively contribute to building new business, learning how to identify opportunities, start meaningful conversations, and support deals from start to finish.
This is a newly developing team, giving you the chance to learn in a fast-paced environment, contribute ideas, and see firsthand how a business grows from the ground up.
Program Details:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- Duration: Summer Internship Program (exact dates flexible based on availability)
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in generating new business through outbound outreach to companies across the country
- Research industries and identify potential business opportunities
- Support lead qualification and help schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Learn how to manage a sales pipeline, including follow-ups and activity tracking
- Collaborate with leadership to test messaging, outreach strategies, and new ideas
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and real-time coaching
