Responsibilities:
- Cultivate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish and develop good relationships.
- Give prompt, accurate and friendly service. This includes responding to questions about eligibility, coverage availability, policy changes, claims, transfers and billing questions.

Requirements:
- Property and Casualty License (Preferred)
- Life and Health License (Preferred)
- Insurance sales experience (Preferred)
- Sales experience (outside sales, or inside sales-representative, retail sales or telemarketing) Preferred
- Well-developed communication skills are a must - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively with the policyholders, prospects, and other team members
