Job Description:

A Bilingual Customer Service Representative is sought for a State Farm Agent team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, with no prior insurance experience required as training will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day.
