Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing strong relationships with customers and following up with them as needed
- Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Conducting customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options
- Maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each day
