We are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as a part-time Licensed Customer Service Representative. An active Property and Casualty license is required.
As an Agent Team Member, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, providing prompt and accurate customer service, and using a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide friendly and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.
