- Serve as the primary connection between Staffmark associates, onsite leadership, and the customer.
- Conduct new hire check-ins, facility tours, and onboarding support.
- Introduce new associates to supervisors, trainers, and team leads.
- Assist with employee training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Monitor associate attendance, participation, and overall workforce engagement.
- Support employee recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with PPE requirements, workplace safety standards, and site policies.
- Participate in safety meetings, walkthroughs, and associate coaching activities.
- Attend shift-start meetings and communicate operational updates.
- Escalate employee concerns and operational challenges to leadership as needed.
- Build positive relationships with associates while promoting a productive and supportive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Additional training in leadership, human resources, customer service, or workforce development is a plus.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Previous warehouse, distribution, production, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Prior leadership, team lead, training, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple associates and operational priorities.
- Customer-service mindset with the ability to professionally resolve concerns and provide support.
- Friendly, organized, outgoing, and highly dependable.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the facility for extended periods.
- Ability to move throughout warehouse and production areas while supporting associates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and management teams.
- Ability to support varying schedules and shifts based on business needs.
