Job Duties
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment (if certified)
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners to track inventory
- Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by leadership
Requirements
- Entry level
- Strong enough to lift 60 lbs and keep moving
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
- Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
