What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in assembly, production, or automation
- Associate degree in electronics, electro-mechanical automation, or equivalent experience.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-driven
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to build and run basic test setups.
- Focused on accuracy and speed
- Comfortable reading technical documents, drawings, and work instructions
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and test-related software.

What You'll Own:
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems.
- Execute both manual and automated system-level tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Utilize measurement and testing equipment effectively.
- Interpret test results and communicate findings to team leads or supervisors.
- Recommend improvements based on test data and performance observations.
- Keep things safe and efficient
