Location: Kearny, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:00 pm
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.
- At least 1 year of inventory management, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain experience
- Customer service experience required
- Experience working with vendor-managed inventory (VMI), stockrooms, or inventory control preferred
- Must be proficient with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
- Active MSHA certification required
- Process customer orders for PPE and safety supplies
- Communicate with vendors regarding inventory and order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and help prevent stock shortages
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Restock and manage onsite vending machine inventory
- Assist customers with inventory-related questions and requests
- Track inventory usage and report discrepancies
- Follow inventory control procedures and service standards
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting
- Must wear steel-toe shoes
- Ability to work safely around industrial environments and safety equipment
