Hours & Pay:
- Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 PM - 4:30 AM
- Pay: $18.50 - $20.50 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Conduct visual inspections of components received from grit blasting
- Operate robotic or manual spray chambers to apply precision coatings
- Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on equipment (plasma torches, filter changes, chamber cleaning)
- Handle ARC plasma spraying for biomedical components like knee and hip replacements
- Monitor control systems to ensure safe, consistent coating quality
What You'll Need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanically inclined role (machinist, automotive technician, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Solid work history and professionalism
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to quality
