Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday
Pay: $20 - $22/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate punch presses using pancake and some progressive dies
- Follow Routing Report instructions and engineering drawings for accurate setups
- Select and use proper tooling for each job
- Read and interpret blueprints and job documentation
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Uphold the highest quality standards under our AS9100-certified system
- Report to the Production Manager and support a high-performance team
- Maintain strong attendance and meet daily production targets
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience operating punch or turret presses
- Ability to read blueprints with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and inspection tools
- Good penmanship and basic computer skills (preferred)
