- Project manager experience.
- Experience tracking and working with internal & external employees.
- Able to work independently.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as themain point of contactfor customers, providing timely updates and addressing questions or concerns.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations from initiation through completion.
- Track customer products throughout thetesting process, ensuring accurate status reporting at all stages.
- Coordinate with internal departments-including testing, engineering, quality, and operations-to gather information and maintain project flow.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication logs.
- Identify potential delays or issues and proactively communicate solutions to both internal teams and customers.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, both internal and client-facing.
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending optimizations.
