- Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and clear written/verbal communication in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.

- Prior hands‑on experience validating parts/labor/costs on service work orders or field service invoices.
- Exposure to vendor coordination or facilities/external services workflows.
