Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Exposure to high-speed production environments and basic maintenance preferred
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; SAP experience is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred, but training is available
- Follow all safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
- Monitor production processes and help meet efficiency and output goals
- Inspect bottles and identify scrap materials as needed
- Operate balers and dispose of scrap bottles safely
- Communicate production issues and assist with problem resolution
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with multiple departments to maximize production efficiency
- Support quality standards while working with a sense of urgency
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor weather conditions when necessary
