What It Takes
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Lift (up to) 50 lbs. and stack safely.
- Steel-toe boots.
- Ability to stay active and on your feet the entire shift.

What You Will Do On the Floor
- Set up, operate, and clean processing equipment to support daily production schedules.
- Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements, and safe handling procedures for chemicals and equipment.
- Execute work in compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and operating instructions.
- Monitor and record process data, including furnace, kiln, and press operations.
- Prepare and process materials, including heat cleaning, layup, pressing, sintering, and CNC/laser cutting of CMC components.
- Maintain organized storage areas, including temperature-controlled environments.
- Identify and communicate quality issues; support corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with leadership to meet production targets and improve processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 5S and manufacturing best practices.
