Hours & Pay
- Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Salary: $70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.; sit/stand as needed

What You'll Do
- Lead, develop, and manage final assembly and electro-mechanical production teams
- Promote a safety-first culture, enforce policies, and escalate violations when needed
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and reduce internal defects
- Meet production volume targets and delivery deadlines with flexibility
- Improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize labor and equipment resources
- Maintain and enhance cleanliness, organization, and assembly flow
- Optimize logistics processes and reduce in-process inventory
- Train, schedule, and manage employee performance, attendance, and leave
- Monitor and reduce unnecessary energy consumption
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across final assembly operations
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree in manufacturing operations or a related field strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing production teams in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Required hands-on experience with electromechanical and assembly line operations
- Automotive and/or heavy industrial manufacturing background required
- Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices
- Experience hiring production staff and mentoring teams for long-term success
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems, production operations, or inventory management software
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
